What is a Board of Directors?

Town and Gown of USC is a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation. The Board of Directors runs the daily business of our 501(c)(3). The Board of Directors comprises 100% volunteer leadership and receives no compensation. We have three elected Officers of the Corporation: CEO/President, CFO, and Secretary. Elected and Appointed Directors constitute the Leadership Team. Bylaws for the Corporation may be found in the Town and Gown of USC Handbook.
