Town & Gown of USC Spring Benefit 2020
Thursday, March 5, 2020
InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown
Your Town & Gown Benefit Committee is busy planning another spectacular event, and we are excited to share the details! Please mark your calendar for the 2020 Spring Benefit, on Thursday, March 5, 2020, to be held at the beautiful InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown. We are thrilled to be honoring Marc Brown, ‘83, for his 30 years on ABC7 Eyewitness News and for being a voice for the homeless in Los Angeles County.
Our 2020 Benefit theme, “Changing Lives…Changing the World”, reflects Marc’s experiences, as well as the work we do together to support deserving USC scholars and our university. Indeed, we have the power to transform our world. Our goal is to raise $100,000 in Benefit proceeds, to endow a scholarship in Marc’s name and to continue to beautify the university. Will you join us to make our goal a reality?
As you know, the success of our Benefit has hinged on the continued generosity of our Town & Gown member donors. Opportunities to support include being a sponsor, purchasing an ad, underwriting a Benefit expense, and donating wine for the Surprise Wine Draw. In addition, you will hear more about the Dollars for Scholars program that will count toward Benefit income.
Sponsors, advertisers, underwriters and all donors who donate by Friday, February 14 will be recognized in our program book and also on the day of the event. To donate, please contact Kari May at (661) 622-7011 (Office) or email@example.com. For your convenience you may make your donation online via the Town and Gown of USC website.
We hope to see you on March 5th at the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown for the wine auction and boutique shopping, followed by lunch in the Wilshire Grand Ballroom and live entertainment. Individual tickets and seating will be limited, so be sure to secure your space!
Thank you for your continued support of our remarkable women’s group, and for your enthusiasm and partnership as together we change lives and change the world!
